About Seef Residences by Alef
Seef Residences is Alef Group’s new waterfront community on the Al Khan peninsula in Sharjah, framed by Khan Open Beach where Al Mamzar Lake, Al Khan Lagoon and the Arabian Gulf meet.
Five residential towers offer 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom beachfront residences and penthouses. The architecture follows the coast, with horizontal balcony bands, curved corners and arches that bring a subtle Art Deco touch inspired by Sharjah’s heritage. Deep balconies give shade and recessed glazing balances daylight with solar protection.
At its heart is an internal garden with curved paths and water features, opening onto a beachfront promenade with about 1,500 sq m of retail and dining. Sharjah International Airport is around 22–25 minutes away and Downtown Dubai around 20–30 minutes.
Alef Group offers a 30/70 payment plan: 30% during construction and 70% on handover. Expressions of interest are open now.
